NovZon is a content platform for light novels, web fiction, and translated stories. By accessing, registering with, or viewing content on the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the platform.

2. Scope of Service and Disclaimer

• Service: NovZon uses language technology and editorial review to make foreign-language fiction accessible to readers.
• No warranty: Services are provided “as is.” NovZon does not guarantee complete translation accuracy, uninterrupted availability, freedom from harmful components, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Technical events: NovZon is not responsible for data loss or access problems caused by software updates, cyberattacks, or technical failures to the extent permitted by law.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Original works: Rights in translated stories remain with their original authors and publishers. NovZon does not claim ownership of those works.

Platform content: NovZon's design, logo, database structure, brand, and original editorial work may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Notice and takedown: Send copyright notices to [email protected]. Content covered by a valid request is removed within three business days.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for their comments. Abuse, threats, hate speech, unlawful content, and spam are prohibited.
• Some stories may contain violence or mature themes. Users confirm that they are at least 18 or are using the site with parental supervision.
• Automated scraping or extraction by bots, software, or scripts is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Links

The site may contain advertising or links to external websites. NovZon is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those services.

6. Changes

NovZon may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

Disputes concerning these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
